Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, if you need assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Sadly, we do not currently offer international shipping - but it's something we're hoping to have available in the near future. 

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location, as our perfumes are shipped via road transit due to flammable goods regulations, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you dislike a scent. We strongly recommend starting with The Mini Cycle Collection if you're new to our perfumes and would like to experience the scents before committing to a full-size bottle.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily replace the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

How do I report a faulty product?

Please contact us at hey@solunaandeve.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your claim as quickly as possible and guide you through the next steps.

Are your perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes, all our perfumes are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

What ingredients are used in your perfumes?

We use high-quality, natural ingredients in our perfumes. For a detailed list of ingredients, please refer to the product descriptions on our website.

Why are some of the perfumes coloured/orange?

The tint you may notice isn’t added intentionally—it's simply the natural result of using pure essential oils, especially citrus oils like sweet orange, mandarin and grapefruit. These botanicals carry their own unique colour profiles, which naturally infuse the perfume with a warm hue.

Because we work with real plant extracts (not synthetics), slight colour variations may occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and reflects the seasonal and botanical shifts in nature—one of the many beautiful aspects of using a truly natural, clean perfume.

How long will my Soluna and Eve perfume last?

Soluna and Eve perfumes are handcrafted using 100% pure essential oils, COSMO-approved natural extracts, and organic grape alcohol—without synthetic preservatives or stabilisers.

For best results, we recommend using your perfume within 12 months of opening.
To extend shelf life and maintain the integrity of the natural ingredients, store your perfume in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do you offer sample sizes?

Yes, we have The Mini Cycle Collection which comes in 5ml size. These are perfect for trying out a scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Do I need an account to place an order?
